Dent Engineering is a family owned business, situated south of Adelaide, South australia, which produces premium quality braking systems for 90% of the Australian kart manafacturers.

In 1988 as a toolmaker and karting enthusiast, owner Steve Dent saw the need for a quality braking system. He then went on to design and manafacture the first 4 piston caliper for karts. From this small beginning, Dent Engineering has secured a reputation for making reliable and quality products that are now being recognised around the world.

All brakes are CNC machined from quality billet aluminium and the calipers use high grade stainless steel pistons. Every component is pressure tested.
